Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made at The Work House, including day passes, monthly memberships, and other bookings. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Day Passes

  • Day passes are booked for a specific visit date selected at checkout and are valid only for that date.
  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the booked visit date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • If you would like to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will move your pass to another available date at no charge, subject to availability.

2. Monthly Memberships

  • Membership fees are charged in advance for the full billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused days within an active billing cycle.
  • You may cancel a membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and future cycles will not be charged.
  • Memberships paid upfront for multiple months may be cancelled with written notice; a pro-rated refund will be issued for any full, unused months after deducting the amount for months already used at the standard monthly rate.

3. Service Disruptions

If access to the space is unavailable for a full day due to reasons within our control, the affected day will be credited to your account or extended on your membership. We are not liable for short or partial interruptions to services such as internet, power, or air conditioning caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Termination by The Work House

If your membership is terminated by us for a breach of our Terms & Conditions, fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Send your refund request through the contact section of our website, including the name used for the booking, the date of purchase, and a brief reason.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under this policy.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
