By accessing or using The Work House co-working space and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our space or services.

2. Membership & Access

• Members must register with accurate personal information and keep their account details up to date.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Access to the space is permitted only during operating hours (8 AM – 10 PM, Monday – Saturday) unless your plan states otherwise.

3. Payments & Billing

• All fees are due in advance as per the selected plan.
• Refunds are not provided for unused days within a billing cycle.
• The Work House reserves the right to revise pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Code of Conduct

• Maintain a respectful, quiet, and professional environment.
• Do not damage, remove, or misuse any property or equipment.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of membership.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of The Work House and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. Liability

• The Work House is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Members use the space and its facilities at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for interruptions to services such as internet, power, or air conditioning caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

The Work House may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for breach of these terms. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice as outlined in their plan agreement.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. Information provided during registration is used solely for membership management and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the space after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
